TERMS OF USE: UNDERGRADUATE BUILDING ACCESS CARD

Department of Physics and Astronomy

University of British Columbia

Preamble:

The UBC Department of Physics and Astronomy is dedicated to providing students with the best possible resources to facilitate their learning. As such, providing 24/7 access for our active undergraduate body to the Hennings Building will supplement their academic experience and allow students to feel a sense of belonging to the Physics and Astronomy Department. In order to ensure the personal safety of students, faculty/staff, and visitors, as well as the reduction of theft incidents and damage to property, the following Terms of Use have been outlined. Students who wish to be granted access must agree to these terms and fill out the form linked below.

  1. Cards will provide access to the Hennings Building 24/7 throughout the year.
  1. Cards will automatically expire after the end of each Winter/Summer Session (April 30th/August 31st). Should you require access beyond that date, you must fill out the application form again.
